OSTA is committed to providing quality educational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under specific conditions:

Course Enrollment:

  • A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of purchasing a course, provided that no course materials (including videos, PDFs, or other resources) have been accessed.
  • If you have accessed any part of the course materials or participated in a live webinar, the enrollment fee becomes non-refundable.

Technical Issues:

  • If technical difficulties on our end prevent you from accessing the course content, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In cases of severe medical conditions or emergencies, please contact us at ostaonlinee@gmail.com with relevant documentation. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Live Webinars: Once a live webinar has been attended, no refunds will be issued.
  • Downloadable Resources: If you have downloaded any course materials, the course fee will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Discounted Courses: Courses purchased under special discounts or promotions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your course enrollment:

Contact us at ostaonlinee@gmail.com within the refund eligibility window.
Include your order number and reason for cancellation in your request.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
